Keep refrigerated (0-4°C): Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes right after receiving the dessert. Avoid freezing.  

Serving temperature (10°C - 12°C): Remove the cake from the refrigerator just before serving.  

Consume within 2 days

Cutting: For clean and precise cuts, heat a knife in hot water, dry it and cut. Repeat the procedure before each cut.

Consumption: To fully enjoy the experience, we recommend trying all the elements of the dessert at once.

Transportation Tips

By car: Due to the sensitivity of the desserts to temperature, we recommend transporting them only by car.  

Flat surface: Make sure the cake is always on a flat surface. 

Short trip (up to 1 hour): Keep the air conditioning on a high setting and avoid direct sunlight.  

Longer journey (over 1 hour): Use a cooler bag and ice packs to maintain the freshness of the desserts.

I’d love a cake, but the calendar is locked. What are my options?

Our cakes are made to order with great care. If the calendar is closed for your desired date or if you’re looking for a last-minute order, please reach out via email or call us at +359 888 666 432. We always do our best to find a way to make it happen!

Can I place an order for today for delivery or pickup?

Yes! Give us a ring at +359 888 666 432. We can often accommodate same-day requests. While we don't always have whole cakes ready for walk-ins, we can usually set aside or deliver individual desserts based on what’s fresh in the shop.

How far in advance should I order my cake?

The sooner, the better! We recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance. During busy periods, our calendar fills up quickly, though we occasionally manage to fulfill "today for tomorrow" requests when possible.

How long do the desserts stay fresh?

To enjoy the perfect balance of flavors and textures, we recommend eating our desserts on the day of purchase. They remain delicious for up to 3 days from the date of preparation. Note: We specifically recommend enjoying our Violet, Lemon, and Forest Fruit desserts on the same day.

Will the desserts survive a car journey?

  • Short trips (under 1 hour): Keep the car well-cooled and ensure the box stays out of direct sunlight.
  • Longer trips (over 1 hour): We strongly suggest using a thermal bag and cooling packs to maintain the desserts' freshness and structure.

Do you deliver outside of Sofia?

Because our desserts are so delicate, we cannot guarantee they will arrive in perfect condition through standard transport outside the city. For this reason, we generally do not offer standard delivery outside of Sofia. The exception: Special events where our team personally handles the delivery and setup.

How early should I book for a wedding or a large event?

We recommend reaching out via our contact form at least 10 days in advance. This allows us to give your event the attention it deserves and ensure everything is crafted to the highest quality.
