Shipping policy

1. You can receive your order in one of the following ways:

• Pick-up – from our kitchen during our working days (Tuesday – Saturday) between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
  

• Delivery – available within specific areas of Sofia, during our working days (Tuesday – Saturday) between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

2. Delivery Areas

• We deliver only to specific districts within Sofia. Orders to other areas will not be processed unless previously agreed upon.

• The delivery fee is calculated dynamically based on the customer’s district.

• The exact cost is displayed at Checkout before finalizing the order.

• Customers must enter a correct postal code to ensure the system calculates the delivery zone properly.
• If the delivery cannot be completed due to and incorrect address or the customer's absence, an additional fee for reshipping will be charged.

• If you require a delivery to an area outside our designated zones, you must contact us in advance for further arrangements.
