Driven by big dreams, we created Sladko with passion and desire. Inspired by years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, we chose to return to Bulgaria and contribute to the pastry scene sharing our love for desserts!

She is Irina,
The dreamer of Sladko! Always working at full speed and overflowing with ideas! She loves to joke around, but she enjoys competing even more – she once won first place among 40 countries in the Young Chef Olympiad with her crè me caramel!
He is Ivan,
The perfectionist at Sladko and the king of DIY! He last cooked at a Michelin-starred restaurant for Obama and the Dutch royal family... now he mostly cooks for Irina.
