GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF E-SHOP "SLADKO" LTD. 

      1. GENERAL 

      These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the online store sladkopastry.com and the conclusion of purchase-sale agreements for the offered products. By using the website, users agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please cease using the site.

      3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

      • All products are made by "SLADKO" Ltd.
      • Orders are made through the website, and registration is not mandatory.
      • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered when placing an order.
      • After completing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation to the provided email address.

      4. DELIVERY RULES

      Methods of receipt:


      • In-person pickup – from the "SLADKO" kitchen on working days (Tuesday – Saturday) between 12:00 and 19:00.


      • Delivery – in selected areas of Sofia on working days (Tuesday – Saturday) between 12:00 and 17:00.

      Delivery Zones:


      • We deliver only to specific neighborhoods in Sofia.
      • Deliveries outside these areas are possible only by prior arrangement.

      Pricing:


      • Delivery costs vary by area (10, 12, or 15 BGN).
      • The customer must enter the correct postal code for accurate price calculation during checkout.
      • If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or the customer’s absence, an additional fee for reshipping will be charged.

      5. REFUND POLICY
      Refunds:
      • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 minutes of receiving the order by sending a photo/video to contact@sladkopastry.com.
      • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

      Order Cancellation:
      • Cancellations are possible up to 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date.
      • Orders that are already in process cannot be canceled.

      Refund Methods:
      • Credit for a future order of the same value.
      • Full refund via the original payment method.

      Exceptions:
      • We do not refund for delays caused by external reasons.
      • If a product is unavailable, the customer can choose either a refund or credit for a future order.

      6. PAYMENT
      • Payments are made by bank card via Stripe or bank transfer.
      • All prices are in Bulgarian leva and include taxes.
      • Delivery is paid separately.

      7. PRIVACY POLICY
      What data we collect:
      • When placing an order: name, phone, email, address, payment data.
      • When inquiring: the information entered in the message.
      • When browsing the site: IP address, browser, pages visited.

      Why we process data:
      • For order processing, responding to inquiries, and improving services.
      • We do not share personal data except when necessary for delivery or by law.

      Storage period:
      • Order data – we store according to legal requirements.
      • Inquiries – deleted 6 months after the last communication.

      Your rights under GDPR:
      • Access to data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, and filing a complaint.

      8. COOKIES
      We use:
      • Essential cookies – for basic functions.
      • Analytical cookies – to improve the site.
      • Functional cookies – to save preferences.
      You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

      9. RESPONSIBILITY
      • "SLADKO" Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or external reasons.
      • There may be discrepancies between product images and their actual appearance.

      10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
      • "SLADKO" Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on the website.

      11. APPLICABLE LAW
      • All matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
