The heart of the cake is a light strawberry sponge layered with our house-made strawberry confit, spiked with a touch of crushed pink pepper. If you’ve never tried the two together, the pepper doesn't add heat; instead, it acts as a floral "spark" that makes the strawberry taste deeper and more vibrant. To keep things bright, we’ve paired it with a silky lime ganache—the sharp citrus acidity is the perfect architectural counterweight to the berry’s sweetness.
For that essential SLADKO crunch, the base is a blend of crispy feuilletine and Valrhona Strawberry Inspiration chocolate, finished with a sculptural spiral of three Valrhona varieties (strawberry, raspberry, and white). The result is airy, modern, and intentionally different—a new signature piece built to surprise.
